Acceptance

By accessing co-synq.com or using app.co-synq.com, you agree to these terms. If you are using co-synq for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Important: co-synq is a workspace tool. It does not replace professional legal, tax, medical, financial, or compliance advice.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your workspace. You should invite clients only when you have permission to process and share the relevant relationship information with them.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account creates security, legal, product integrity, or abuse risks.

Workspace content

You retain ownership of the content you add to co-synq. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content as needed to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the client data, notes, files, contracts, and other materials you upload or share through the product.

Acceptable use

You may not use co-synq to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, scrape the service, send spam, or store data you are not allowed to process.

You should not use co-synq for highly sensitive or regulated data unless we have agreed in writing that the product and contract terms are appropriate for that use.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep co-synq reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security work, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control. Features may change as the product evolves.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, co-synq is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
